DCP today announced the completion of an equity investment in Far East Horizon Co., Ltd. (“Far East Horizon”, or the “Company”, SEHK:3360). The DCP team led prior investments in Far East Horizon since 2009 and has built a long-term strategic partnership of mutual trust with the management and other shareholders over the past 10 years. Through this investment, DCP strengthens its strategic cooperation with Far East Horizon, assisting the Company further enhance its leading position in the financial leasing industry and drive its non-FIG operations, such as its hospital operation, operating lease and education business, towards the next phase of growth.
