With respect to the services or products provided to you, we will keep your personal information during the period of our contractual relationship, extended by the applicable limitation period.

With respect to the services and products provided to our business clients, we will keep your personal information during the period of our contractual relationship with the company for which you are working, extended by the applicable limitation period. With regard to marketing communications with prospects, we will keep your personal information for three years after the last correspondence with us.

With respect to the processing carried out in order to enforce our terms, conditions and policies or to respond to legal requests and prevent harm, we will keep your personal information for the time of the relevant dispute or statute limitation period.

As to the processing carried out in order to comply with a legal obligation, we will keep your personal information for the duration of such obligation.

Upon expiry of the applicable data retention period, we undertake to erase or irrevocably anonymize the relevant personal information.

Is any of your personal information transferred internationally?

As we have operations in the People’s Republic of China (excluding the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau) ("Mainland China") as well as in Hong Kong, your personal information may be transferred to either of these jurisdictions for the purposes referred to under this Privacy Policy.  

In addition, we rely on certain service providers which are located outside of the European Economic Area ("EEA"), and this may therefore imply transfers of your personal information outside of the EEA, in Mainland China, Hong Kong and the United States. Where the recipient is located in a country whose legislation has not been recognized by the European Commission as having an adequate level of protection, we ensure that the transfer is governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. 8. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days, and provide a substantive response or notify you of the reason and extension period within 45 days. Under the CCPA, only you or an authorized agent may make a request related to your personal information. We must verify your identity to respond to certain requests. We may do so by requiring you to provide information that matches information we’ve already collected about you or give a declaration as to your identity under penalty of perjury.


California's Shine the Light Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as “Shine The Light” law, permits California residents to annually request, free of charge, information about the disclosure of their personal information (if any) to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. We do not share personal information with third parties for such purposes.

Do-Not-Track is an initiative that developed a signal that an Internet user may activate to inform websites that the user does not want to have their data tracked. The Site does not currently respond to such signals.


9. SINGAPORE

If you are located in Singapore, please note the following:

  • General Access: When you visit our Site for informational purposes only (i.e. without further using the contact options available on our Site), we will automatically collect your IP address and store cookies on your browser in order to operate and facilitate your access to our websites as well as to ensure system stability and efficiency and to implement proper safeguards as to the security of our websites and services. The personal information collected as a result is necessary to operate and facilitate your access to our websites, or to fulfil our legitimate interest with regards to our use of technical information to enhancing our systems, making your usage of the websites more convenient or ensuring the security of our websites.
